He stayed at the crease for 212 minutes,faced 166 balls and hit 14 boundaries before being bowled by SajidAli.All-rounder Naeem Akhtar chipped in with a useful 27.Test paceman Irfan Fazil claimed five for 80. He was well-supported byfellow pacer Sajid Ali, who took three for 51.Lahore Whites also made a shaky start as they lost four wickets for 68runs with the experienced medium-pacer Naeem Akhtar doing most of thedamage by taking first three wickets.But Tariq Mahmood and Tariq Aziz settled down to share a fifth-wicketstand of 58 in 75 minutes before the latter fell lbw to Naeem Akhtarfor 31. He struck a six and six fours.Tariq Mahmood reached an unbeaten 44 in 100 minutes by close of play.His 63-ball innings includes one six and six fours.
